You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in the currency specified at checkout.
Subscription fees are billed monthly and will auto-renew unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

No Refunds After Use: Due to the unique nature of digital products and computational resource consumption, once image generation or download has begun, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. This policy is designed to minimize the risk of malicious credit card chargebacks and protect the service for all users. By purchasing any plan or credits, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated images may be used for commercial purposes by the user.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded images.
The Service's underlying technology, trademarks, and content remain our intellectual property.
You may not resell or redistribute the Service to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
Overuse the Service to the detriment of other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability
